| I have studied under Nell Frysteen for
a number of years. I paint in pastel and watercolour. In 2005 I held
my first solo exhibition in Eltham selling five painting and getting
two commissions. I usually paint animals – this year I have
challenged myself not to paint one so I am creating landscapes.
Painting is a need that I feel strongly. To draw and create a picture
absorbs and de-stresses me. To step away from the easel and to see
what I have achieved is always a thrill. |
